3D illustrations for Archer Offshore Wind

– Floating Offshore Wind visualized.

Archer Offshore Wind aimed to develop a set of illustrations that showcase their offerings in the floating offshore wind market, while also conveying both the complexity and, not least, the scale of the impressive operations they offer the market and also carry out.

We always appreciate working with clients who are ambitious about their visual communication and who are willing to invest time in balancing technical accuracy with visual appeal.

We give thanks to Archer Offshore Wind for the assignment and look forward to further collaboration!

Game Development: Voltage Champion

Game development for Vitemeir Science Scenter

The ViteMeir Science Center in Kaupanger challenged us to create an experience for older children and teenagers that would be both engaging and educational, focusing on power production and supply.

The result is the game “Voltage Champion,” a fast-paced, action-packed touch game where players are tasked with maintaining the power supply and balancing the power grid of an ever-growing society.

As a player, you must navigate the increasing energy demands while minimizing environmental impact, utilizing modern power sources like wind energy.

The game is procedural, allowing for endless replayability without feeling repetitive, and you can choose to play solo or compete with friends.

This target audience is undoubtedly one of the hardest to engage, as they already have a vast array of digital experiences at their fingertips. That’s why we are thrilled to have developed an experience that is not only captivating but also subtly educates players on the importance of a stable and eco-friendly power grid.

Fun learning at its best!

Animation for OMV: The Berling Discovery.

An untypical animation about a very significant discovery.

Partnered with our friends in Melvær&Co, we were challenged by OMV to create an animation about the discovery of “Berling”, which is significant due to several reasons, not least because it represents the first field on the NCS where OMV is Operator.

The film aims to be engaging towards a broad audience while also conveying a significant amount of technical information.

Further, our client wanted it all presented in a visually playful and conceptual production design.

We thrive on the border between in the box and just outside it, and can’t help but to concur with our client that the result was quite good.
