Mount Visual receives EU-grant
– Digital education for doctors and nurses.
Mount Visual is part of a Scandinavian consortium that has received funding from the EU. The constortium is named Nordic Digital Health & Education (NorDigHE).
The consortium consists of Mount Visual, Nordsjælland University Hospital, Copenhagen Professions Højsole, Lund University, Sählgrenska Univeristy Hospital, Høgskolen i Østfold, as well as Skillhabit and Copenhagen Game Lab.
The consortium is developing an education for doctors and nurses that secures the implementation and scalability of “Hospital-at-home”, where a patient receives healthcare in their own homes.
This is a very important and relevant topic across the Scandinavian countries as we face increasingly high population numbers of high age.
The education aims to provide healt personell with both the digital competence as well as the psychological foundation to be able to provide safe and adequate health care virtually.
